The Mintex award is presented to the driver that is, as far as the marshals are concerned, the most spectacular driver in practice or qualifying at each Oulton Park race meeting. He, or she, need not be the fastest, in fact they seldom are; but they must be the most spectacular or fastest in relation to the conditions or car.
The winner receives a voucher that can be used to purchase a set of racing brake pads from Mintex - perhaps necessary after the performance in qualifying! Congratulations go to the winners listed below.
